Salt Lodge is a two-bedroom waterfront retreat at Club Casita in Christchurch, Dorset. Large windows bring the river views into the living space, while a secluded patio gives you a place to unwind and watch the boats go by. The lodge sits beside a working boatyard, within walking distance of Christchurch high street.
Inside Salt Lodge
A modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a spacious living area with large windows overlooking the river. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has twin beds, with a separate bathroom for the rest of the household.
A private riverside patio
Spend time on the secluded patio, share a barbecue or simply watch boats passing on the river. A Second World War bunker just outside the lodge adds a distinctive piece of local history to the setting.
Your Christchurch base
You have the whole lodge to yourselves, with free parking. Restaurants, bars, shops and historic castle ruins are within walking distance. The site is set back from the central roads and gated at night.
